Sign up/update your Membership Toolkit profile to join the RH School PTO school directory/communication tool. Our Directory homepage is: https://roberthunterelem.membershiptoolkit.com/ All families are encouraged to login and update their contact information and children's teacher information to insure our directory is up to date!
Join the PTO: PTO Membership supports programs and events for our students. A family/faculty membership is free (donation optional). To join, log on HEREand complete the membership form. We highly encourage all families and staff to join.
Sign up to Volunteer: We have opportunities to help out with events such as our Book Fairs, Spring Fundraiser, Field Day and supporting Teacher Appreciation Events! Complete our volunteer sign up form on our Membership Toolkit portal at: https://roberthunterelem.membershiptoolkit.com/
21st Annual Walk-A-Thon Fundraiser - Friday October 8th
The Robert Hunter Walkathon will be held this Friday, Oct. 8th! The students always have a great time walking on the blacktop with fun music and visits from Robbie Raccoon! This year’s theme - “Cool to be Kind” celebrates the Week of Respect. The district’s spirit day activity on Friday is to "show your school spirit." At Robert Hunter, students should show their school spirit by wearing tie-dye and bright colors on Friday! Students will also be creating class posters to share at the Walkathon that represent how they show kindness and respect.
Halloween Family Fun Night - Friday October 15th, 5:30-7:30pm
Bring the whole family and join us for a night of games, prizes, food, and a dance party on the blacktop! Volunteers are needed to help run the games and donate concession items.

Jersey Cares Halloween Costume Drive - Due by Friday October 8th
Please see the flyer HERE for more information about our Halloween costume drive. We are collecting new and gently used Halloween costumes, accesories, and make up! The costume drive is running now until Oct. 8th. We encourage families to bring donations that you may have when you come for Back to School Night!
Picture Make Up Day - Monday October 25th
If your child missed picture day please be sure to register them if you haven't already done so HERE!

We are excited to bring back our book fair to Robert Hunter! Children will have a chance to shop in person! More details coming soon.
Save the Date- Dine Out at Alfresco's- Wednesday November 10th
Dine out/Take Out from Al Fresco's in Flemington and they will donate a portion of your bill to the RH PTO! Guests must print and bring a hard copy of the flyer found HERE.

Many companies will match any donation you make to charitable organizations such as the RH PTO! You can make your donation go twice as far to support our school! Next time you donate or participate in a fundraiser, please consider contacting your HR or Community Relations dept about their matching gift program. You can also check out this website to search a database of major companies that have matching gift programs, here.

All you need is your phone! Download the Box Tops app, shop as you normally would, then use the app to scan your store receipt within 14 days of purchase.
